Responsibilities:
- Tool, Equipment, and Material Management: Facilitate the efficient movement of tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites, ensuring timely availability for construction activities.
- CDL Operation: Safely operate commercial vehicles, including trucks and trailers, while adhering to all traffic regulations and safety protocols.
CDL REQUIRED
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, assist in restocking supplies, and participate in inventory audits as necessary.
- Site Support: Provide essential support to construction crews by delivering equipment, tools, and materials to designated job sites in a timely manner.
- Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the upkeep and organization of the equipment yard and shop facilities to ensure functionality and safety.
- Documentation: Complete delivery logs and maintain detailed records of materials, equipment, and tool movements.
- Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with project managers, field personnel, and other team members to optimize logistics and support project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL: Possess a current Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Basic Construction Tool and Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with common construction tools and equipment used on job sites.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting and moving heavy equipment and materials.
- Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative spirit, capable of working effectively within a team environment.
