Hello.
I need someone to clean a rental on January 7.
It is a move-out, so everything needs to be done (oven, refrigerator, etc.
).
The place is 1300 sf, 3 bedroom, 2 bath.
It will be empty except for appliances.
I will pay $30/hour.
It should take no more than 4 hours.
If this works out well, there may be other cleaning opportunities.
You must:
1) Have all your own supplies (vacuum, rags, buckets, mops, paper towels, etc.
).
There is carpet only on the stairs, and ideally you have a carpet cleaner to shampoo the carpet on the stairs.
It is a big plus f you have a machine to do this, but it is not essential.
I can provide the cleaning products, with the exception of the shampoo for the carpet cleaner.
2) Have at least one professional reference, preferably someone you have cleaned for before.
3) Be dependable.
I can't have a cancellation.
Time is too tight with the next tenant.
