Hello! I'm facing several health issues and need someone to help me get my health back on track.
I have severe anxiety and find it impossible to go to the gym, especially alone.
I'm currently taking walks around my neighborhood at night, which usually ranges between 30-60 minutes each (I live up a giant hill so for me, at least, it's a major workout).
The walks I can do on my own, but I'd also like to incorporate other forms of exercise and eventually even workout at the gym again like I used to.
I'd also like to find someone who is able to help me meal plan for the week.
You must be a certified personal trainer and either have a degree in nutrition OR lots of experience coming up with meal plans that aren't super restricting - also keep in mind that I'm a single mother to a young child.
Neither of us are super picky, but it's just something to keep in mind.
I also thrive well with someone friendly, outgoing and empathetic.
Since I won't be interested in going to a gym at first, utilizing outdoor school facilities or trails would be great and I've done things like that in the past.
But if you have a private gym and allow clients to use it, even better.
Please let me know what experience you have and any degrees/certifications you possess.
If you have pictures of progress from other clients, I'll gladly take a look.
I'm looking for a once or twice/week trainer to start, and would like to do hour-long sessions, if at all possible.
