Hello! I'm looking for a reliable and handy individual to assist me with various tasks around my apartment.
This could potentially turn into a recurring gig, especially for regular cleanings in the future.
Tasks Include:
General Cleaning: The apartment is already fairly tidy, but a quick clean-up is needed.
Air Conditioner Maintenance: Cleaning the AC unit and its filter, and stowing it away.
Scooter Maintenance and Swap: Removing a solid rubber tire from an old scooter and fitting it onto a new one.
The old scooter needs to be packed into a box (using bolts from the scooter) and prepared for return shipping (label provided).
Furniture and Appliance Repair: Fixing a file cabinet drawer that has come off its track.
Wall Repair: Patching a 3-inch hole in the wall, applying texture, and painting.
Furniture Assembly: Putting together an office chair.
Kitchen Organization: Organizing, labeling, and taking inventory of kitchen items.
Food Storage: Vacuum-sealing items from a recent Costco trip.
Miscellaneous Tasks: 1-2 other tasks as needed.
Compensation:
$100 for a full day.
Payment can be made in cash, Zelle, or Apple Pay.
Requirements:
Must be punctual, reliable, and have a knack for handy work and organization.
Experience with basic household repairs and maintenance is a plus.
