FOOD PREP Male or Female COLLEGE STUDENTS WELCOME (Cottage Grove)

Hello, not sure if this will work or not, but hey, can't hurt to give it a try.
I am 66 male and would like to speak to someone about this.
Thank you I just found out my A1C count is 14+ and my blood Sugar is 457.
I drastically need to lose about 50 lbs.
I was wondering if it would be possible to find someone to come to my home 5x a week for about 2 hours per day and cook a healthy meal for me.
Then maybe clean up the kitchen a bit (have dishwasher) The problem I have is that I am alone and when I cook or order in, nothing seems to come in packages for 1.
There are not a lot of foods I like, so it'll be like cooking the same meal a few times a week.
This would be parttime as once I can regulate the food intake and see some weight lose I should be okay on my own.
I have a friendly cat.
Please let me know what you would charge for doing this for 2 hours a day X 5 days.
I am on a tight budget.
I would buy all the food and your welcomed to eat with me.
