Slow computer? One of my favorite issues because it’s easy to fix WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY FOR OR BUY ANYTHING.
(Ignore the ads that want you to "JUST" pay this or that to “keep your computer running” fast/well, optimally, etc.
)
Do you need a printer set up for you, or just have annoying printer issues?
Would you like to hook your computer to your tv, or print from your phone?
Just need your entertainment center set up?
I'm happy to do the work and/or teach you how.

I won't break your bank because I work for DONATIONS ONLY - whatever it's worth to you that you can afford, however small the donation.

WHY?:
Why not? I'm not going to get rich doing this and a lot of folks need help that doesn't cost them that month's [fill in the blank] payment.
That and, being retired, I have a lot of free time.

TUTORING:
Do you know what you want to learn specifically? Downloading movies maybe? The best player to play them on? (By the way: it's a FREE video player, whether you're on Windows, Mac or Linux)
Or, if you don't know where to start, how about the basics - and beyond - of getting around on the computer and/or the internet?
We can also go over whatever software/applications ("apps") you're going to be, want to be, or are currently, using.
COMPUTER PROTECTION:
If you're interested you can also learn about how to pick anti-virus and anti-spyware and many other applications, and whether paid or free ones are best for your situation, (I lean heavily toward the free ones for most home and personal computers).
In short, all the basics, plus progressing to more than just the basics if you want to continue.
HOW CAN I HELP?:
Write and tell me what you need/want for me to help with.
If there's more than one issue, list them all.
If it's how to do something on a new computer, tablet or phone, or to set up a printer, it would be helpful if you could send the brand and model name/number of the device(s) you're working with.
Once I have that information I’ll get back to you with a plan.

The importance of that last paragraph can’t be overstated.
I’ll help anyone who wants help, (however small the donation they can afford), IF they're willing to put what they want, or what is or isn't happening with their computer or other device, IN WRITING, instead of expecting to call me and make me write it all down.
