Here’s some backround:
I‘ve currently been in my commercial space for about 6 years running my own massage practice by myself and its been great.
Over the years I have built up such a loyal clientel that I havn’t taken any new clients for 2 years.
My massage schedule is very set so half the time my office is empty.
I’ve just launched into a new aspect of my career (wellness coaching) which will mean less massage and more working mobile from home.
I’m currently turning away calls and requests seeking massage and body work.
I’m looking for someone who would be interested in renting out the space for the time I’m not there, willing to receive referrals.
This space would work great for most body workers including energy workers, or acupuncturists.
The private open front area could even work as a great space for counseling or other types of therapy that simply need a quiet and private sitting area.
Some facts about the place:
-The office is available NOW
-Located 4739 Main St Suite 4, Springfield OR.
If you’re not familiar with the area, Main St is the artery for travel in Springfield and is right off Hwy 126 and is honestly not a bad drive from Eugene, once you’re on the freeway it is a straight shot.
-It’s about 550+ square feet space with an entry way/waiting room area, bathroom, and separate massage room.
No stairs at all, and plenty of space for handicap to maneuver.
This space is not a communal clinic or have a shared hallway with any other practitioners/businesses, so no interruptions or foot traffic, while you’re there the space is 100% yours! Waiting area has lightweight furniture that can be moved to reveal an open space to hold a class or small gatherings of about 8 people.
-Plenty of parking right in front of entrance, including handicap with ramp.
Clients and you will not have to pay for parking, park on the curb, or have any time limitations.
-Fully furnished by me but I would of course move things around to make space for who moves in, but the larger furniture must stay.
There is storage space set aside for whom ever moves in for sheets and supplies.
There is also some space for in the waiting area to feature products you might want to sell.
-Equipment included in usage of the office: massage table that is new and electric for changing height easily, with warmer and such, massage chair, hot towel caddy and additional heater for heating hot stones or hot rice packs.
Lots of lighting options from overhead to dimmable ambient lights.
Heating and AC in massage/treatment room, and can be customized down to the degree.
-The time space would be available: ALL DAY Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday.
However rent is based on how many of the days of the week you wish to rent.
For example: if you just wanted to rent Tuesdays only the rent would only be $125 OR if you just wanted the weekends the rent would be $230(obviously some savings in the more days you decide to rent).
I have a veritable rent scale depending on how many days you’re wanting as follows so if you’re interested please reach out and I can give you more details.
-Rent includes:trash, electric, water, sewer, (no internet, but very good hot spots), use of massage equipment, restroom supplies, and general weekly cleaning.
-Renter would be responsible for getting their own commercial insurance
What I’m looking for:
This has been my home away from home so whoever is interested in this offer will have to be a good fit with me(we can have a laugh together and nerd out about massage), be responsible(good communication and punctual), an awesome massage therapist that I can feel assured I can refer people to(I’d like to trade at least one massage so we both know the others massage style), and has staying power(won’t flake out and leave).
