Furnished and set up to be capable of also functioning as a personal breakroom, outfitted with air purifier, desk, minifridge, comfy chair and ottoman, as well as lockable cubby storage for personal items.

- Electric table with 2 pedal sets (one on each side of the table)
- 1 dedicated parking space, close to our front door
- Cleaning and plant care for your room, the lobby and the bathroom
- Laundry basket (lined with bags that seal)

Our heaters and cabis/pots/table warmers are all able to be set up on timers, so you can walk in to a room that is ready to go, no arriving super early to warm up your room in the winter.
Our cleaner comes 2x per week, refills our lobby Berkey water filter, does all our cleaning and restocks our bathroom.
All our cleaning products and sanitizers are simple (alcohol or vinegar-based) and either non-fragranced or use only essential oils for fragrance (usually mint and/or lavender).
For additional charge, we can offer additional storage.
We can also offer linen rental and cleaning services (we use Comphy hypoallergenic linens, which are super soft and smooth, and we only use non-fragranced detergents etc).
We charge $50/mo for linen rental, and our cleaner charges $1.
75/lb for laundering and folding (same as Big Y, but with pickup and delivery included).
