Bartender

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team.
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a memorable experience.

Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely manner - Take and process orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail - Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences and menu options - Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction - Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and providing accurate change - Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service guidelines to ensure the safety of our guests - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for customers seated at the bar - Stay up-to-date with current trends in mixology and beverage industry Skills: - Strong knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling - Previous experience in the food industry, preferably as a bartender or server - Familiarity with brewing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages - Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment - Excellent math skills for accurately measuring ingredients and calculating tabs - Basic knowledge of food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation - Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and payment transactions - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele Valid OLCC Permit and Lottery experience required Join our team of talented bartenders who are passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests.
