For many years as a working Mom, I lived with the stress that comes with juggling career and home and my objective is to reduce that stress as much as possible for the families of the children in my care.
When needed, guidance and redirection will always be age appropriate, fair, calm, and consistent.
Positive behaviors will also be acknowledged and encouraged.
I believe one of the best ways a child learns to be a kind, responsible, productive adult is from good examples around them and as their care provider, I will always do my best to be one of them.
