2013 29P BHS Specifications Sleeps 9 Slides 1 Length 33 ft 3 in Ext Width 8 ft Ext Height 11 ft 2 in Hitch Weight 860 lbs GVWR 9700 lbs Dry Weight 7459 lbs Cargo Capacity 2472 lbs Fresh Water Capacity 47 gals Grey Water Capacity 52 gals Black Water Capacity 35 gals Tire Size ST225/75R15-D Furnace BTU 35000 btu I bought this travel trailer last year to travel around the country with my daughter.
I planned to keep traveling this year, but my daughter decided she's not into the RV life, so apparently it's time to sell.
Everything works and it's in good shape.
We're non-smokers.
Clean title.
The reason I bought this particular model was because it has two bedrooms - actual bedrooms, with real doors.
I traveled with lots of family, and it was very nice to be able to have rooms for privacy and lots of beds that we didn't have to turn back into other furniture during the day.
The bunk bedroom would probably also make a good office or something if you're not traveling with family.
The trailer comes with a generator that wasn't part of the original specifications, so it's a bonus.
It runs, but the voltage output needs to be adjusted or something if you want to power the trailer with it.
I don't know the exact details because I've just been using electrical hookups or batteries.
The generator on the back adds a couple of feet to the length of the RV, although you could remove it.
My selling price includes hundreds of dollars worth of accessories like a 30-amp electrical cord, fresh and waste water hoses, a pressure regulator, leveling blocks, and even some rv toilet paper if you want it.
Other great features are an outdoor kitchen (in addition to the indoor kitchen), a large slideout that gives plenty of living space, a tv that turns around so you can watch from a bedroom or the main living area, powered leveling jacks, awning, AC, and an outdoor shower.
My pictures aren't as good as I would like because last time I parked the trailer, I didn't know I would be selling it, so I didn't make a point of getting pictures before parking.
It's in kind of a tight space between my house and a fence and I can't back it in on my own, so I don't want to move it just to take more pictures! The pictures I'm using are from our trip around the country last year.
If there's anything in particular you need a picture of, you can let me know.
The lighting isn't great where it's parked, but I'll do my best.
Of course, you're welcome to come see it.
A big trailer inevitably brushes against some trees occasionally, and this one bears some marks from that.
Anytime I thought that an encounter with a tree could have caused issues, I patched the spot immediately, so there are some places that have cosmetic issues because of that.
You can see some of the patching tape in the pictures on the slideout underneath the word "prowler.
" I bought a 4-year warranty on the trailer when I purchased it, and I can either sell the warranty back to the dealer or transfer it to a new owner.
It's a platinum warranty that includes roadside assistance and covers most things that might break down.
I'm happy to sell it to the new owner instead of selling it back to the dealer, if you want it.
I'll also be selling the 2012 Ford Expedition that I used to tow the trailer.
I'm not focusing on that sale until I get the trailer sold, but if you're looking for a tow vehicle that's already equipped with a tow hitch and trailer brake controller, I could sell the trailer together with the Expedition.
