*Job Summary:*
As a Regional Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating nursing care across multiple healthcare facilities within a designated region.
You will be responsible for ensuring that nursing standards, policies, and procedures are consistently implemented and maintained to deliver high-quality resident care.
This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and management teams.
This position will oversee 7 Oregon locations which include Sweet Home, Corvallis, Cottage Grove, Springfield and Lebanon.
*Responsibilities:*
*Clinical Oversight:*
* Provide clinical oversight and guidance to nursing staff across multiple facilities within the region.
* Ensure adherence to established nursing protocols, standards of practice, and regulatory requirements.
* Conduct regular assessments of resident care delivery to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
*Staff Training and Development:*
* Develop and deliver training programs for nursing staff to enhance their clinical skills, knowledge, and competency.
* Mentor and support nursing staff to foster professional growth and career development opportunities.
* Coordinate orientation programs for new nursing staff to ensure smooth integration into the regional healthcare team.
*Quality Assurance and Compliance:*
* Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care provided within the region, including patient outcomes and satisfaction levels.
* Collaborate with facility leadership and quality improvement teams to implement evidence-based practices and initiatives to improve patient care quality and safety.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and organizational policies and procedures.
*Interdisciplinary Collaboration:*
* Collaborate with healthcare providers, including physicians, therapists, and other allied health professionals, to coordinate patient care plans and treatment strategies.
* Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress, treatment goals, and discharge planning.
* Serve as a liaison between nursing staff and other departments to facilitate communication and resolve operational issues.
*Data Analysis and Reporting:*
* Collect, analyze, and interpret nursing-related data, including staffing levels, patient acuity, and clinical outcomes.
* Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators, trends, and areas for improvement.
* Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations for optimizing nursing operations and resource allocation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $120,000.
00 - $140,000.
